Kebab, Biryani and Beer Nights at CUR8 at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

A plethora of ethnic Indian flavours, best paired with chilled beer

As a culmination of the week, CUR8, the all-day dining restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has designed a bountiful spread of kebabs and biryani paired with chilled beer, simply called KBB Nights.

A variety of grilled-to-perfection culinary crafts will enthral diners opting in for the already expansive buffet spread at CUR8 for Friday night dinners. The perfectly-marinated delicacies will take one on a gastronomical journey of Mughal cooking with the time-tested marvels of robust Punjabi flavours.

Kebabs are a testament to classic flavours, hand pounded bases, mixed with the right blend of spices and juxtaposed with the perfect accompanying chutneys. Guests can take their pick from the spread at CUR8, from the likes of lotus and walnut-based nadru aur akhrot ki jugalbandi or the indulgent multani paneer tikka. Meat-lovers can relish the flavourful Bhopali seekh kebab, tandoori achari jhinga, spicy seabass 65, or prime cuts of lamb in the barrah kebab.

Indian breads made fresh, to accompany these sumptuous kebabs are warqui, naan-e-bakumaach, naan khameeri kaliyan, cheddar cheese green chilly naan and the beloved garlic naan. An irresistible array of specialty dips will tease and tantalise the taste buds. The delightfully sweet plastic chutney, Niloufari chutney, anari kasundi chutney with a definitive mustard kick, the beloved dhaniya pudina chutney, tamatar ki launj, aam ka chunda, and kathal ki chutney will be befitting accompaniments. Complementing these spicy Indian dips will be the soothing burrani raita, pineapple raita, and seb ka raita - creamy antidotes to balance the piquant flavours and smoky undertones.

Executive Sous Chef Dirham Haque will curate a selection of the most renowned biryanis the country has to offer, featuring the delicate dum pukht biryani, and the subtly fragrant Awadhi subz biryani. The Ambur jackfruit biryani is a twist to the adored Tamilian favourite. Heightened flavours of zesty gravies will elevate the tasting experience. Be it the mirchi aur baingan ka salan, signature slow-cooked dal CUR8 or the silken malai kofta.

All this, paired with the beloved brew, an all-time favourite beer.

The Kebab, Biryani and Beer nights will be a weekly recurrence every Friday at CUR8 – comfort food to and the busy work week.
