The Return of Sunday Superlunch at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has relaunched its popular Sunday Superlunch, but with a difference. Providing a unique opportunity for locals and Hotel guests to gather with loved ones around the best Sunday specialties, this will be a leisurely dining experience. Served at The Lobby Lounge, with its vantage point of great garden views, guests can enjoy an elaborate menu served at the table, adhering to the highest hygiene standards.

“Many of our guests have been looking forward to something for Sundays and we are delighted to relaunch our Sunday Superlunch, with a slightly different format to comply with all social distancing measures,” explains Hardik Shah, Director of Food and Beverage. “We’ve created a great atmosphere overlooking our gardens while ensuring a safe environment for everyone. And even if the approach may seem different, the experience will be the same with the teams ever ready with their touch of Four Seasons care.”

Sunday Superlunch provides a unique culinary experience to indulge in traditional dishes and some avant-garde specialities served family-style. The menu created by Executive Sous Chef Dirham Haque takes inspiration from adored recipes, including fresh salads; kebabs; sushi such as shrimp killer maki; sumptuous, juicy slider; chaats such as dehlvi gol gappa and chowpatty sev puri; along with hearty Indian mains such as laal maas, butter chicken, and mangalore prawn gassi jostling for space with well-loved pastas and European classics such as herb chicken. Vegetarians have ample choices from across the board, such as polenta ratatouille, gnocchi pesto and pizza. Since no menu is ever complete without a delectable sweet ending, the chefs have featured a Signature Mignardise Dessert Platter replete with the most delicious tortes and rochers.
