Thanksgiving Dinner at THEBlvd

Take the stress out of celebrating Thanksgiving at home and join THEBlvd Restaurant and Lounge for a three-course Thanksgiving dinner, expertly prepared by Chef Amir Nematipour. Begin with the roasted honeynut squash soup, roasted pear and arugula salad, or the pumpkin truffle tortellini. For the main, enjoy the braised beef short ribs, turkey roulade, or macadamia pappardelle and goat cheese croquette. End the celebratory meal with a decadent apple pie or frozen carrot cheesecake. Dinner can be further enhanced with a selection of specialty champagnes, caviar and seafood options.

This scrumptious menu is priced at USD 115 per person, USD 55 per child (12 years and under), excluding tax and gratuity. Enjoy live music from 2:00 to 10:00 pm. Reservations are between 11:30 am and 9:30 pm and can be made by calling 310 385 3901 or online.


The Hotel’s festive to-go menu by Executive Chef Samir Roonwal features all the traditional Thanksgiving dinner fixings. Whether a gathering size of 4 or 10, choose this family-style meal that includes: 

Appetisers (choose 2)

  • Fall salad, roasted honey squash, toasted farro, pomegranate, braised kale, pecorino croutons, poppy seed thyme emulsion
  • Nature’s house salad, ancient grains, baby arugula, dehydrated cranberries, roasted redskin potatoes, caramelised figs, dill fennel dressing
  • Butternut squash soup, toasted chestnuts, nutmeg cream


  • Roasted turkey: all-natural roasted turkey


  • Gourmet filling, chicken sausage, walnut, apple (vegetarian upon request)
  • Turkey giblet jus
  • Zested cranberry sauce

A meal for 4 to 6 guests is priced at USD 450, while dinner for 7 to 10 guests is USD 650.  Enhance the spread with 20 percent off select bottles of wine and champagne. All orders are fully cooked and ready to serve after picking up from the Hotel on November 24–28, 2021 from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm.
