Born in Bogota, Jeisson Caro is a lifelong learner and innovator, now mixologist at Four Seasons Hotel Bogota. He embraces the art of re-invention to deliver an extraordinary experience to guests that are memorable from the tastes, fresh ingredients and flavours down to the artful presentation of his cocktails.

Jeisson studied in Argentina where he became a professional bartender. During his years in Buenos Aires he took several courses to develop his knowledge even further. Jeisson has close to ten years of bar experience and he's been gaining an incredible reputation within the world of bartending and mixology in the region. While away from home, he had the opportunity to travel to Peru, Uruguay and Mexico, where he learned different cultures and became the self-demanding and passionate bartender he is today.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, he began his career journey at some of the top bars in Bogota, Mexico and Buenos Aires; these opportunities have been critical to his success and have led him to his many professional achievements.

His desire for getting better continues every day, he is constantly searching for new training opportunities to grow as a person and as a professional. He strongly believes the better you know yourself the better you will be with others. His life's philosophy is "people forget what you said and what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel."
