Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus enriches its winter offerings with popular flavours from different regions of the world in a leisurely ambiance. Inspired from the dynamism of magical Istanbul, the Hotel aims to set the mood with diverse culinary experiences in an urban resort style setting.

With its multiple indoor and outdoor outlets, the Hotel offers a wide array of programs spread across the week. In January, guests will enjoy the traditional Swiss dish raclette on Mondays, a long time favourite Sushi ‘N More featuring sushi and sashimi specialties on Tuesdays, Negroni Wednesdays, truffles and champagne on Thursdays, and live music performances and Sunday brunch on the weekends.

The traditional Swiss dish raclette is served Monday evenings from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the cosy atmosphere of YALI Lounge & Bar with the Bosphorus providing a breath-taking backdrop. Prepared by Hotel’s skilled chefs at a live cooking station, raclette is scraped off the pan over boiled potatoes, creating a feast for the eyes and the stomach.

Every Tuesday from 7:00 to 10:00 pm, Sushi N’More, featuring maki, uramaki, nigiri, sushi rolls and sashimi, is served with the creative presentations of Four Seasons experts. The delicious sushi varieties, offering diverse flavours for different tastes, will be accompanied by a DJ performance at YALI Lounge & Bar.

On Wednesday evenings, Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus promises a sophisticated experience to guests seeking different flavours. Three signature cocktails, created with Negroni aged in barrels for six months and paired with local ingredients, are served at YALI Lounge & Bar from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

Those who cannot resist carbs do not need to look far. Exquisite truffles, Chef Görkem Özkan’s homemade risotto or pasta accompanied by a glass of champagne provide a remarkable experience to delight the palates at the Hotel’s main restaurant AQUA Restaurant & Bar along the Bosphorus every Thursday from 7:00 pm 10:30 pm.

Last but not the least, weekends at AQUA Restaurant & Bar start with live music performances by popular artists on Friday and Saturday nights and continue with brunch from 12:30 to 3:30 pm on Sundays.
