St. Stephen’s Day Celebration

Guests are invited to join the award-winning KOLLAZS – Brasserie & Bar team for a memorable St. Stephen’s Day party on August 20, 2020, to celebrate the birthday of Hungary with live music and traditional Hungarian specialities.

This event is part of the Kollazs Around the World Tour series that allows guests to dive deep into the culinary offering of popular foodie destinations. Following a successful culinary showcase of the best of Paris, Miami and Greece, this time Kollazs chose a destination close to the heart of the locals: Hungary, marking the occasion of Hungary’s birthday.

  • Executive Chef Arpad Gyorffy and his team crafted a tantalising three-course menu of Hungarian flavours, including ingredients such as goose liver and pike perch, available during the course of the long weekend. Head Sommelier Gabor Becker hand-selected some of the best local wines for the perfect harmony in taste.
  • Pastry Chef Attila Menyhart and his creative team will prepare cakes rich in flavours and colours, as well as fresh, crispy country bread.
  • The Kollazs Bar awaits all cocktail lovers with artful creations inspired by sophisticated Hungarian ingredients and unique spirits, and an all-day Happy Hour on all cocktails and bar snacks, available from 12:00 noon until 8:00 pm.
