Handcrafted Cocktails with a Local Twist at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence, The First Bar
Drawing in from the best of local products, The First Bar offers an array of signature international cocktails with a local Egyptian twist that are perfectly curated by a team of First Bar mixologists. Signature cocktails include The Tale of the Nile combining vodka, hibiscus juice, lime juice, soda and mint; and Queen of Egypt with Bacardi Blanc, mandarin liquor, lime juice and fresh nutmeg.
Cocktails are beautifully paired with an assortment of light snacks as Executive Chef Erwan Laurenceau’s menu focuses on flavour and using seasonal ingredients sourced from only the best local producers.
First Bar signature items include:
- Crab Rangoon, frien crab puffs with cream cheese served with a home-made plum sauce
- Fish and Chips, a classic reborn with fried battered fish and calamari served with thick cut fries and tartar sauce
- Maple Wings, fried chicken wings served with home-made BBQ sauce and maple syrup and a spicy sour cream
The opening event this month featured an exclusive crowd of the who’s who in the Cairo scene, as The First Bar's dynamic mixologists kept the cocktails flowing.

Guests can also choose among the bar's extensive beverage selection of champagne, wine and spirits and pick their favourite cigar from the humidor display.
