This summer, guests at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence can look forward to an array of spectacular dining and beverage experiences. The luxurious Hotel in the heart of Cairo reveals two themed nights taking place by the Hotel’s outdoor mesmerising pool.

The Hotel’s talented kitchen team lead by Executive Chef Erwan Laurenceau will be serving an incredible selection of gourmet cuisine throughout the summer months.

Sunset Cocktails by the Pool

Chill out and sip on cocktails on Aura’s outdoor pool deck; enjoy deliciously created summer drinks curated by the Hotel’s mixologists that contain carefully selected ingredients that will evoke the palate with fresh flavours, citrus and herbs.

The menu includes the classical Strawberry Daiquiri, Spicy Cucumber Mint Margarita, and the Rock Lobster Cocktail.

Thursday Arabesque Nights

Alongside the picturesque idyllic outdoor pool head to Aura restaurant, which offers a bounteous array of sizzling barbecued and seafood gourmet dishes alongside live Arabian-inspired beats.

Dig in to a treasure trove of succulent meats cuts at the live grill station freshly prepared à la minute by the talented culinary team. Executive Chef Ewan Laurenceau recommendations include The Aura Platter for Two, a selection of beautifully seasoned lamb chops, tenderloin meat, lobster and grilled shrimps; salmon pavé of char-grilled Norwegian salmon with a watercress cream sauce; and the signature grilled lobster and seabass served with a lemon, butter sauce.

Friday Paella Nights

Bringing the culinary spirit of Spain to Cairo, Aura will present the renowned Valencian dish every Friday over the summer period serving up the freshest seafood paella, sourcing the freshest seafood including shrimps, mussels and octopus. Paella derives its name from the pan it is cooked and served in with a saffron-spiced rice that is aromatically cooked with onions, garlic, tomatoes and peas and topped with seafood. To complete the experience, guests are invited to sip a glass of Sangria while enjoying the Cairo sunset.
