The infinity-edge pool looks out on to the verdant rice fields of Mae Rim valley and is a great venue for that perfect sundown photo, while soaking up the golden hours before nightfall.

#2: Paddy Fields

Nothing spells #thailandinsider like a short video amid the verdant rice fields. “Guests have a truly immersive experience as our rice farmers tend to the paddies every day. At 5:00 pm every evening, the farmers come together with gongs and songs – making for a perfect capture of the mood at our countryside idyll,” shares Ashok.
