Adorn Bar & Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago Joins Industry Heavyweights and Chicago Foodies for City’s Premier Culinary Events This Fall

This September, Adorn Restaurant and Chef Brian Rodriquez will participate in local gourmet gatherings around the city with Green City Market and the Illinois Restaurant Association’s Chicago Gourmet.

Green City Market Chef BBQ

The Chef BBQ is one of Chicago’s most anticipated food events of the year. In a food festival unlike any other, more than 100 of Chicago’s top restaurants, brewers, winemakers, and mixologists provide tasting portions of locally inspired dishes and craft beverages highlighting the bounty of Midwestern farms and showcasing Chicago culinary talent who are committed to sourcing locally.

Join the Adorn team for the twenty-first year of the event on Thursday, September 8, 2022, from 5:30 to 8:00 pm. Chef Brian will be serving Smoked Jake’s Country walleye on grilled brioche with lavender tzatziki, as well as a River Valley Ranch Lion’s Mane steak with sweet corn succotash.

Proceeds from the event benefit Green City Market’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit mission to secure the future of food by deepening support for sustainable farmers, educating the community about where food comes from, and expanding access to locally grown food. Hamburger Hop

A Chicago Gourmet mainstay, this annual event, hosted by chef Stephanie Izard and presented by Buckhead Meat and Blue Moon, is a high-spirited hamburger competition with sizzling burgers from top chefs on the Harris Theater rooftop on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
