Alejandro Reynal

President and Chief Executive Officer
“One of my dearest values, personally and professionally, is that if you treat people well, they will do the same. That an entire company could be founded on this idea – The Golden Rule – and for this philosophy to guide every member of the team in every action, every day, is inspiring.”

As President and CEO, Alejandro Reynal is leading Four Seasons into its next phase of intentional growth while building on the company’s longstanding position as the global leader in luxury hospitality. Alejandro’s management philosophy honors the 65-year heritage of Four Seasons while evolving the business for today’s luxury consumer. Through a clear strategy and disciplined execution, he is focused on strengthening the company’s high-performing people-centric culture, delivering exceptional experiences, and achieving strong results across the business.

Under his direction, Four Seasons is expanding its presence in key markets and new destinations, introducing new ways to explore the world under a single brand, and providing luxury hospitality offerings that are both distinct and locally relevant. With nearly 60,000 employees delivering excellence in service across hotels and resorts, residences, and journeys, Alejandro and his executive leadership team continue to create more opportunities to stay, live and travel with Four Seasons globally.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Alejandro served as President and CEO of Apple Leisure Group (ALG), a luxury resort management and leisure travel group with a global team of nearly 40,000 employees across 14 countries. Alejandro successfully led ALG’s acquisition by Hyatt Hotels Corporation from private equity owners KKR and KSL Capital Partners in August 2021, the year’s largest hospitality industry transaction valued at USD 2.7 billion. He was subsequently appointed Executive Vice President of Hyatt and continued to lead ALG as its CEO.

From 2011 to 2019, Alejandro was CEO of Atento, a customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services company with 150,000 employees in 13 countries. At Atento, he grew and matured the company to enable the carve-out from Telefonica and transition to ownership by Bain Capital in 2012. In 2014, he successfully led Atento through an IPO and continued to lead the company until 2019.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Telefonica, on the Advisory Board of the Georgia Institute of Technology, and as an advisor to Harvard Business Review Executive.

Earlier in his career, Alejandro held strategic management positions at Telefonica and The Coca-Cola Company. Alejandro earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
