Keisha leads Four Seasons efforts to maintain and enrich the company’s celebrated culture and people-centric focus, ensuring these priorities remain a longstanding competitive advantage to attract, retain and develop best-in-class talent worldwide. She oversees People and Culture, Internal Communications and Environmental, Social and Governance teams globally. She guides all aspects of Four Seasons unique culture impacting the company’s more than 50,000 employees globally.

Career Highlights

  • At Four Seasons: Joined Four Seasons in January 2025.
  • Previously: Brings more than 20 years of HR leadership experience from public and privately held companies in the fashion, media, and financial services industries where she earned a reputation as an exceptional leader through her work overseeing company transformations, building new functions, and enabling growth. Most recently she served as the Chief People Officer at Tory Burch. Before Tory Burch, Keisha was the Chief Human Resources Officer at  News Corp and Managing Director, Global Head of Talent Management at Morgan Stanley.
  • Board Service: Keisha also serves as an Independent Director and Human Capital Committee member for Unity Software (U).
  • Education: Keisha holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Virginia and is a Hudson Institute Certified Executive Coach.

Personal Insights

  • Born and raised in The Bahamas, Keisha’s academic and professional journey has taken her from Charlottesville, Virginia to New York, where she spent almost three decades before joining Four Seasons
