Four Seasons Anguilla Welcomes Acclaimed Chef Ryan Ratino This Memorial Day Weekend

This Memorial Day weekend, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla will host one of the most exciting culinary residencies of the season as the acclaimed Chef Ryan Ratino, of Hive Hospitality, takes over the kitchen at the iconic SALT restaurant. From May 22 through 25, 2025, guests will have the opportunity to savour Ratino’s award-winning cuisine amid the coastal backdrop of the Caribbean.
The Executive Chef and owner behind Michelin-starred restaurants Bresca and JÔNT in Washington DC, MAASS at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale and Ômo by Jônt in Orlando, Ratino takes the helm at SALT for four days of cutting-edge cuisine. Known for his modernist approach and bold creativity, Ratino will present a special tasting menu rooted in technique, flavour, and storytelling—marking the start of a delicious summer season.
The multi-course menu will offer a unique blend of Ratino’s innovative flavour combinations, technical precision, and artistic presentation—reflecting his ongoing mission to push the boundaries of fine dining. The residency also marks the latest chapter in SALT’s ongoing series of collaborative culinary experiences that highlight the best in local and global talent.
