In celebration of its 10th anniversary as a Four Seasons property, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla announces the inaugural Chef Fest, a three-day culinary festival taking place November 13-15, 2026. Bringing together acclaimed chefs from across the Caribbean, the Four Seasons portfolio and beyond, the event will showcase the region's extraordinary culinary talent while celebrating Anguilla's longstanding reputation as the Culinary Capital of the Caribbean. The festival will feature chef collaborations, immersive dining experiences, restaurant takeovers and a grand finale brunch, creating a weekend that highlights the people, flavors and traditions that mark ten years of exceptional Four Seasons hospitality on the island.

Set against the backdrop of one of the Caribbean's most celebrated luxury resorts, Chef Fest Anguilla will transform Four Seasons Resort Anguilla into a dynamic stage for culinary collaboration. Guests will enjoy immersive dining experiences, cooking demonstrations, mixology activations and exclusive chef-led events across the resort's five distinctive dining venues: Salt, Lima-Limon, Bamboo Bar & Grill, Café Nai and the iconic Sunset Lounge. Designed to foster creativity, connection and cultural exchange, each experience will celebrate the ingredients, traditions and techniques that define the Caribbean's rich culinary heritage.

"As we celebrate a decade as a Four Seasons destination, Chef Fest Anguilla is a natural expression of what has always set this resort apart," said Diego Stembert, General Manager. "Dining has long been central to the guest experience in Anguilla, and this festival brings together exceptional culinary talent from across the region and beyond. It's an opportunity to celebrate the creativity, cultural exchange and sense of community that make Anguilla one of the Caribbean's most exciting destinations for food lovers."

The festival will feature a lineup of celebrated culinary talent, including:

  • Chef India Doris, the culinary force behind New York’s Markette, an intimate Chelsea restaurant blending European influence with Caribbean soul. Inspired by her heritage and shaped by years spent cooking across Europe, her cuisine celebrates seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and bold yet balanced flavors. Through an ever-evolving menu of shareable plates, Chef India creates a dining experience centered on discovery, hospitality, and connection.
  • Chef Manu Calderon, former Executive Chef Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla, current Executive Chef Four Seasons Resort Dominican Republic at Tropicalia
  • Chef Claudio Gumbs, Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta
  • Chef Telharsha Smithen, Four Seasons Resort Nevis
  • Support by the talented Four Seasons Resort Anguilla culinary team: Chef Aaron Gumbs, Chef Tre Niles, Chef Jomar Timpug, Chef Jorge Lopez De Lira, and Chef Lashanda Davis

The weekend begins on Friday, November 13, with a signature ticketed welcome celebration featuring chef tasting stations, passed canapés, inventive cocktails, and live entertainment. A portion of the proceeds from the evening will be donated to local charitable organizations, extending the celebration beyond the resort and reinforcing Four Seasons Anguilla's ongoing commitment to supporting the local community.

Saturday's programming will include chef demonstrations, tasting experiences, ingredient showcases and restaurant takeovers throughout the resort, culminating in special menus and appearances from participating chefs at each of Four Seasons Anguilla's unique dining outlets. The weekend concludes on Sunday with a celebratory Chef Fest Brunch, bringing together all participating talent for an interactive culinary finale.

Created as the cornerstone celebration of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla's 10th anniversary year, Chef Fest builds on a decade of excellence that has established the resort among the Caribbean's most celebrated luxury destinations. Recently recognized with Two Michelin Keys, Forbes Five-Star status, Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards honors and the coveted Triple Crown distinction, the resort continues to elevate the guest experience through exceptional hospitality, dining and service. Chef Fest honors that legacy while celebrating the Caribbean heritage, talent and traditions that continue to shape Anguilla's dynamic culinary landscape.
