Brasserie Margot, Midtown’s new modern French dining destination, has teamed up with New Realm Brewing Co. to unveil a one-of-a-kind collaboration brew: Bière. A crisp, golden Pilsner with Parisian flair, this exclusive release is designed to complement the brasserie’s vibrant, reimagined French cuisine created by Executive Chef Jon Novak and transport guests to a café-lined boulevard with each sip.

Crafted with 100 percent German malts and traditional brewing techniques, Bière balances classic Pilsner malt character with delicate floral and subtly fruity hop notes. The aroma leads with rich German malts and a whisper of light sulphur from the yeast, while a dry, smooth finish is accented by light fruity esters and elegant floral hop flavours—a result of New Realm’s meticulous brewing process.

“This is an authentic German-style Pilsner brewed with real Pilsner malt and Georgia’s naturally soft brewing water, which mirrors the water profile of Bavaria,” says New Realm Co-Founder and Brewmaster Mitch Steele. “That perfect balance allows the hop character to shine—floral, smooth, and undeniably drinkable.
