Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta Sets the Table for the City’s Most Indulgent Thanksgiving
From carving and risotto stations to seafood towers and sweet treats, an unparalleled holiday tradition returns

This Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 27, 2025, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta transforms into the city’s most vibrant dining destination as Brasserie Margot, Bar Margot, and the Bridge, overlooking the lobby, unite for an expansive holiday celebration. Under the direction of Executive Chef Axel Torres, the tradition is brought to life with stations celebrating the harvest, the land, and the waters that sustain us.
Guests are invited to wander from station to station, beginning with the Hearth Carvery, where Heritage Roast Turkey is paired with Georgia cornbread stuffing, cranberry-clementine relish, and thyme gravy, while Prime Angus Ribeye is carved to order and finished with horseradish chantilly and Bordelaise jus. The experience continues with Southern Roots and Harvest, showcasing cast-iron sweet potatoes brûléed with marshmallow, roasted fall vegetables in sorghum glaze, and a grits bar layered with shrimp étouffée, pimento cheese, pickled greens, and crispy shallots.
From there, the celebration broadens into the sea. Towers of chilled Maine lobster tails, king crab claws, Georgia shrimp, and oysters anchor the Seafood Station, while the Ocean Meets Land sushi and raw bar features tuna, salmon, and hamachi alongside a Georgia trout tataki roll brushed with citrus ponzu. At The Fisherman’s Catch, halibut arrives in Champagne beurre blanc crowned with American caviar, salmon is grilled over charcoal with Vidalia onion marmalade, and Carolina Gold rice pilaf ties it together with coastal herbs. The Seasonal Risotto Station completes the savoury journey, finished with saffron, butternut squash, and shaved black truffle, with the option to crown each plate with Georgia shrimp, smoked bacon, or wild mushrooms.
The Autumn Garden offers vibrant balance with baby kale and roasted pear salad, an heirloom beet mosaic with preserved lemon, and charred broccolini brightened by smoked olive oil. Finally, the Pastry Station created by award-wining Pastry Chef Eric Snow delivers a sweet coda to the feast: pumpkin cake with cream cheese mousse, bourbon-caramel pecan tartlets, flourless chocolate cake with salted cocoa nibs, apple tatin with a buttery caramel glaze, and trays of macarons and croissants.
