Easter Sunday at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is anything but ordinary. On April 5, 2026, Brasserie Margot and Bar Margot will transform the hotel into a vibrant spring celebration that has become a cherished annual tradition for Atlanta families, visitors and in-the-know holiday hosts alike.

The experience unfolds across Brasserie Margot, Bar Margot, the bridge overlooking the hotel’s atrium, and Savannah Hall, turning the property into a vibrant spring gathering where guests circulate between live culinary stations, abundant displays, and festive holiday moments. The Easter Bunny will be making appearances throughout the brunch offering families the opportunity to capture a photo and add a playful touch to an otherwise polished afternoon.

This year signals an exciting evolution in the kitchen under Executive Chef Axel Torres CEC, whose leadership continues to refine and expand the hotel’s culinary vision. Alongside Chef de Cuisine Christophe Truchet, a France native shaped by Michelin-starred kitchens including Le Bristol Paris and La Chèvre d’Or, the team delivers a bold seasonal presentation grounded in classical technique while embracing global nuance and Southern warmth.

The Hearth Carvery anchors the room, where herb-crusted Spring Lamb, Smoked Prime Rib, and Rum and Honey–Glazed Ham are carved to order. Just beyond, guests will find a Georgia-driven harvest spread featuring Stone-Ground Grits with shrimp étouffée and pimento cheese, truffled mac and cheese, brown butter Gruyère potatoes, and roasted spring vegetables at peak colour.

Seafood commands its own stage. Oysters, Lobster, and Chilled Shrimp set the tone before giving way to Sushi and Sashimi, Snapper Tiradito Bright with aji amarillo, seared steelhead trout, branzino finished with citrus beurre blanc, and Saffron-laced Spanish Paella prepared with both chicken and seafood variations.

The breakfast corner remains a favourite for families, offering Omelettes made to order, Belgian and, Red Velvet Waffles, Buttermilk Pancakes, Applewood Bacon, Sausage, Hash Browns, Yogurt Parfaits with Georgia honey, and Bagel-and-Lox fixings. A curated cheese and charcuterie display rounds out the savoury offerings.

Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow closes the afternoon with a striking dessert presentation that showcases the hotel’s signature bread and pastry program alongside seasonal sweets designed especially for Easter. Easter Brunch is priced at USD 168++ per adult and USD 84++ for children ages 5 through 11. Seatings begin at 11:00 a. and are available to book on the website.

The celebration extends across the weekend with Brasserie Margot’s Easter Afternoon Tea offered on Saturday, April 4, 2026 beginning at 11:30 am, priced at USD 65++ per person and with reservations available to book on the website. The curated tea service features artfully prepared savoury bites, handcrafted pastries, and premium JING Tea selections served in the brasserie’s signature setting. Little guests can enjoy festive egg hunting and a visit from the Easter Bunny, creating a weekend experience that blends seasonal elegance with joyful tradition.
