From Galentine’s to Valentine’s: Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta Host’s February Fêtes at Brasserie Margot
Brasserie Margot at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta invites Atlantans and visitors alike to embrace the spirit of February with a lineup of thoughtfully designed experiences for couples, friends, and loved ones. The month opens with a Galentine’s celebration inspired by a modern girl dinner, then builds toward a polished Valentine’s Day weekend anchored by multi-course French menus and a stylish, Margot-approved Afternoon Tea.
The festivities begin Thursday, February 12, 2026, with a Margot-inspired Galentine’s offering that sets the tone for the month, returning every Thursday through February. Priced at USD 35 per person, the sharable spread features Salade César, four oysters, unlimited house fries, and two martinis, with an optional USD 16 caviar supplement for those in the mood to take it further.
Valentine’s Day weekend, February 14 and 15, shifts the mood at Brasserie Margot, with evenings built around multi-course French cooking and a more intimate, unhurried pace. Two dinner seatings are offered each night, allowing guests to choose between an early three-course prix-fixe from 5 pm to 7:30 pm and a more expansive five-course prix-fixe from 7:30 pm to 9:30pm. Both menus highlight seasonal French cuisine from Chef de Cuisine Christophe Truchet, with optional beverage pairings available.
The three-course menu opens with an Amuse Bouche followed by Seared Foie Gras with sweet and savoury figs and a port wine reduction, Pan-Seared Scallops with leek risotto and a lemon butter sauce, and the menu concludes with a Raspberry-Strawberry Champagne Cake paired with sparkling Brachetto d’Acqui. The five-course menu builds on the experience, beginning with warm Deviled Eggs topped with Siberian caviar and sourdough croutons, followed by Seared Foie Gras with figs, Pan-Seared Scallops with leek risotto and a lemon butter sauce, and roasted Joyce Farms Chicken Breast accented with black truffle, mashed potatoes, and a chicken jus. Dessert mirrors the three-course finale with a Raspberry-Strawberry Champagne Cake and Brachetto d’Acqui. Optional beverage pairings, featuring Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut Champagne, Minuty M Rosé, Joseph Phelps Cabernet Sauvignon, and a signature Rosita cocktail are available for an additional USD 45.
For a lighter, daytime celebration, Brasserie Margot also offers its Be Margot’s Valentine Afternoon Tea on February 14 and 15. Priced at USD 58 per person, or USD 68 with a Rosé pairing, the experience includes savoury bites, handcrafted bonbons, red velvet–inspired sweets, and refined seasonal details with a playfully chic edge.
