As Atlanta moves into fall and the pace of the city begins to shift, Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is creating a new reason to slow down. The return of Night Spa transforms The Spa into a private after-hours retreat where couples can move from water and thermal therapies to customized massage, Champagne and curated bites over the course of an unhurried evening.

Beginning at 7 p.m., Night Spa gives guests exclusive access to the indoor heated saline pool, dry sauna and steam room after traditional spa hours. The evening continues with a customized couples massage, available as a 50- or 80-minute treatment and tailored to each guest’s individual needs. Afterward, guests may settle into the quiet of The Spa with Champagne and a selection of curated bites from the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta culinary team.

A dedicated Spa team remains available throughout the experience, quietly guiding the evening while giving guests the privacy and freedom to relax at their own pace. Created for couples and special occasions, Night Spa offers a complete progression from movement and heat to therapeutic touch, rest and reconnection.

The experience arrives as Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta continues to expand its approach to urban wellness. The Spa brings together an indoor heated saline pool, whirlpool, wood-burning saunas, eucalyptus steam rooms, an immersive relaxation room and a sun terrace overlooking Midtown. Its extensive menu spans customized massage, body treatments, facials and nail services, with therapies tailored to support relaxation, recovery, circulation, skin health and overall well-being.

Treatments rooted in Atlanta give the menu a distinct sense of place. The Midtown Massage incorporates locally made lavender and rosemary products with long, flowing strokes, gentle stretching, reflexology and scalp massage, while the Piedmont Park Polish uses a citrus and alfalfa root scrub to exfoliate and refresh the skin. Guests may also select from Swedish, therapeutic and deep-tissue massage techniques or consult with a therapist to create a treatment around their individual needs. The Spa’s customized facials pair deep cleansing and exfoliation with a personalized approach to concerns including congestion, inflammation and hyperpigmentation, supporting balance, renewal and healthier-looking skin. Guests can choose from options like the beloved Hydrafacial to cleanse and hydrate the skin or the Jetpeel which uses misty jet streams at subsonic speed to stimulate circulation, exfoliate and infuse bioactive nutrients deep into the skin with a touchless wand.

The Spa’s wellness programming has also found a devoted following among Atlantans. Its regularly sold-out Floating into Mindfulness series combines guided meditation and resonant sound frequencies with the weightless sensation of floating in the Hotel’s indoor saline pool. The intimate experience includes early access to the spa facilities and offers a restorative reset in the center of the city.
