It’s All Coming Up Roses at Four Seasons Hotel Austin

Beginning March 1 through May 25, 2025, guests can expect a variety of events, menus, and activities inspired by the season’s blooms and most refreshing varietal including the following:

A Hotel in Bloom

There is certainly time to stop and smell the roses as the Hotel has been transformed into a fairytale-like setting with lush garden-inspired installations created by Kehoe Designs. Upon entrance, guests will be greeted by climbing florals to escort them across the entire property (including pop-up rose gardens at The Spa, Live Oak and on The Lawn) for a lavish and photo-worthy experience.

Roses and Rosé Flights and Bites

Florals meet flavour with a daily tasting experience each evening from 5:00 to 6:00 pm CST in Ciclo featuring rosé Champagne, caviar and more. Dive into a self-guided tasting and a menu blossoming with delectable offerings including Iberico brioche, wagyu nigiri, and caviar cubes.

Roses and Rosé A-Tea-X

It’s all coming up roses with Austin’s favourite afternoon tea service, A-Tea-X. This fresh take on traditional afternoon tea is blooming with bites such as scones and tea sandwiches, aromatic teas, and tea-inspired cocktails. Tea enthusiasts (or those looking for an eventful afternoon experience) can savour daily (1:00-3:00 pm CST) in Live Oak. 24-hour advanced notice is required for all reservations.

Roses and Rosé Picnics

Spring in Austin offers a feast for the senses; those yearning to soak in the skyline al fresco can find their fix in the form of a spring picnic basket. Hotel guests can curate a custom gourmet picnic to enjoy on the expansive lakeside lawn, complete with a complimentary bottle of rosé, a portable music speaker, and luxury picnic set for day use.

Poolside Rosé Cart

The fun rolls by, poolside, with complimentary treats - on wheels! Hotel guests can sip and unwind with refreshing rosé cocktails and a rotating offering of nibbles in a sun-kissed setting all spring long.
