Turn Up the Music, Turn Down the Pace: "TEXclusive Summer" is Back at Four Seasons Hotel Austin

Lakeside luxury meets local spirit with a season of music, moonlit moments, and unmistakably Texas flavour
May 26, 2026,
Austin, U.S.A

Summer settles in at Four Seasons Hotel Austin, inviting guests to experience the city the way locals do—unhurried, sun-soaked, and soundtracked by the rhythm of Austin itself.

Running June 1 through September 7, 2026, TEXclusive Summer is more than a seasonal lineup; it’s a state of mind. Here, golden hours stretch a little longer, flavours lean fresh and hyperlocal, and every moment feels wrapped in Texas hospitality. Set against the ever-shimmering backdrop of Lady Bird Lake, the Hotel transforms into a lakeside haven where live music, culinary creativity, and unexpected experiences unfold from day to night.

Centrestage at Live Oak, Live Music Six Nights a Week

The unmistakable sounds of Austin take centre stage at Live Oak, where live music fills the air six nights a week. A rotating lineup of local talent sets the tone for summer evenings, spanning laid-back acoustic sets to soulful Americana and blues. With panoramic views of the Hotel’s lush back lawn and lake as a backdrop, each performance becomes a celebration of the city’s deep-rooted music culture and its enduring connection to place.

Hidden Flask Pop-Up Speakeasy

Tucked behind closed doors every Thursday to Saturday, the Hidden Flask offers an intimate speakeasy experience—available for Hotel guests and locals alike—layered with mystery and allure. Set within one of the Hotel’s most coveted specialty suites, this exclusive summer pop-up invites guests into a world of carefully curated cocktails, aged spirits, and house-made infusions. An unexpected ice room provides a cool retreat from the Texas heat, creating a striking contrast to the warm, atmospheric setting beyond. Every detail is layered with story, intrigue, and just enough secrecy to feel deliciously off the record.

Agave Tastings at Ciclo

Agave takes the spotlight in a guided tasting experience that explores the depth and diversity of tequila and mezcal Friday to Sunday evenings.  Led by the Hotel’s expert bar team, each session offers insight into regional expressions, production methods, and the stories behind each pour. Thoughtfully paced and highly engaging, it’s an approachable yet elevated way to connect with the craftsmanship and cultural heritage of agave spirits.

TEXclusive A-Tea-X, Afternoon Tea

Afternoons are reimagined with the return of this seasonal ritual, offering a distinctly Austin interpretation of afternoon tea. Served daily, the experience pairs creative bites with bright teas and floral-kissed cocktails, all set against the quiet shimmer of Lady Bird Lake. It’s an invitation to slow the afternoon and savour it fully.

Full Moon Float Sound Baths

June 29, July 29 and August 27, 2026

When the sun sets on a day spent poolside—lounging on shaded daybeds or dipping into the Hotel’s chilled saltwater pool—the energy begins to shift. With the rise of the Texas full moon, an entirely new experience unfolds.

Water, sound, and moonlight come together for a deeply calming experience with local wellness expert ATX Yoga Girl. The night begins with a leisurely welcome reception, inviting guests to sip handcrafted martinis and enjoy light bites as twilight settles in. As the moon rises, guests are guided to the pool to gently float atop the water while an immersive sound bath unfolds with resonant tones and subtle vibrations rippling across the surface, encouraging stillness, relaxation, and reflection. The experience closes with an intentional wind‑down that embraces the full moon’s energy, sparking renewed intention and forward momentum for the month ahead.

Vegan Dinner Series

July 9, August 13, 2026

Select summer evenings bring guests together for an inspired dining experience rooted in community and sustainability in Ciclo. The Vegan Dinner Series showcases rotating five-course menus—curated by Executive Chef Abril Callender and Ciclo Restaurant Chef Juan Mateo— that reinterpret familiar dishes through a seasonal, plant-forward lens. With a focus on locally sourced ingredients, each dinner celebrates the region’s purveyors while offering a fresh, flavourful perspective on modern dining in Texas. Tickets are available via Ciclo’s OpenTable.

Sol Summer Ritual Spa Treatment

When the pace of the day calls for something slower, the Sol Summer Ritual offers a sun-soaked moment of restoration rooted in the spirit of long Texas afternoons and the ease that defines the season.

This 80-minute experience begins with a full-body polish using plant-based exfoliants from Texas-based skincare line Sanara. A blend of bamboo fibre, tropical butters, and antioxidant-rich botanicals gently refines the skin while restoring moisture and radiance, leaving behind a soft, sunlit glow.

From there, warm towels and intentional touch guide the transition into a deeply grounding massage. Featuring nutrient-rich body oils inspired by Latin American healing traditions, long, flowing strokes calm the nervous system, release tension, and invite complete relaxation.
