This special event will take place on August 23, 24, 30, and 31, 2024 amid the timeless ambiance of Zafferano Restaurant from 7:00 to 11:00 pm.

During these dates, guests at Zafferano will have the opportunity to indulge in a specially curated wine pairing experience showcasing Donna Fugata’s exceptional offerings from the volcanic region of Mount Etna. Each dish selected from the à la carte menu will be perfectly paired with one of three distinguished wines:

• Sul Vulcano Etna Bianco DOC – A crisp white wine with minerally notes
• Sul Vulcano Etna Rosato DOC – A refreshing rosé with vibrant flavours
• Sul Vulcano Etna Rosso DOC – A robust red wine with rich, complex character
