January 5, 2017,
Beijing, China

Chinese New Year is the season for spending time with friends and family, building precious memories to last a lifetime. Four Seasons Hotel Beijing understands the importance of these ties that bind. In honour of this special time of year, Four Seasons Hotel Beijing is celebrating with feasts, extended stays and kid-friendly activities - from our family, to yours.

A Family Feast at Cai Yi Xuan

From January 27 to 30, 2017, guests can taste the very best of Chinese New Year with dishes inspired by the wealth of traditional foods found on family tables throughout the country in a Reunion Feast at Cai Yi Xuan. Sip on double-boiled duck soup with red dates and Chinese cabbage, and nibble on braised king prawn and steamed spotted garoupa with soy sauce before sampling succulent sautéed wagyu beef with black garlic, deep fried crispy chicken and braised sea cucumber with fish maw and pork belly. Then savour poached fungus with senvy and homemade seafood and pork dumplings before rounding out the meal with a helping of chilled hawthorn syrup, red bean rice cake - a perfectly sweet ending to a delightfully fulfilling feast.

Cai Yi Xuan’s New Year set menu is available at CNY 888 per person, with a minimum party of six.
