Guests can sample tailor-made drinks created from more than 41 kinds of premium gin from the world’s top gin-producing countries, such as City of London Distillery, Whitney Neill Crafted Gin, Liverpool Gin and The London No. 1 Original Blue Gin, and five kinds of tonic water, including Thomas Henry and Fever Tree, flavoured with any of ten flowers or herbs as the garnish. In a stylish, personal touch, guests can order cocktails complete with ice cubes fashioned into the initials of the drinker.

“There are four essential elements to make a great Gin and Tonic,” says Vishal Sanadhya, Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Beijing. “A great gin, great tonic water, great ice and and the perfect matching garnish. People used to order just Gin and Tonic, but after trying different combinations of gins, tonic waters and garnish, people will be amazed how fun and personal the drink can be.”
