Tiger Prawn – A Symphony of Oceanic Elegance
Amid mountains, rivers, and seas, the ocean holds countless delicious treasures, one of which is the tiger prawn. Its red - brown, naturally - marked shell glistens in the light. Its taste, pure and full of the sea's essence, is its real charm. The first bite offers a fresh, long-lasting crispness that inspires chefs.
At Cai Yi Xuan, tiger prawns are served in two ways. The Baked Tiger Prawn with White Wine and Pepper Sauce has prawns absorbing white wine's rich aroma when pan-seared. Spices added while it sizzles create a fragrant, spicy, and savoury blend. The Steamed Tiger Prawn with Chicken Oil and Huadiao Wine, on the other hand, preserves the prawn's natural sweetness. Chicken oil and egg whites give it a smooth texture, achieving a perfect balance of richness and freshness.
Cai Yi Xuan combines Chinese tea culture with Cantonese cuisine. Guided by the idea of "Cultivating Wisdom Through Tea," it offers immersive dining experiences for various occasions. Chefs expertly pair tea and wine, creating a harmonious flavour journey, every detail refined to delight the palate and soul.
