The experience opens with delicate Peach Blossom Wine and Yam, followed by a silky Smoked Salmon Mousse that unfolds a distinctive, refreshing spring aroma. Other savoury bites include a Peach Puff adorned with caviar and filled with fresh shrimp tartar, softened by smooth jasmine cream. The Mortadella Sandwich is paired with a rich and creamy pistachio cream cheese paste, delivering a delightful fusion of nutty and savoury notes. Rounding out the savoury treats is the Ham and Chicken Mousse, which offers a light, crisp twist that is perfectly balanced by the tangy freshness of a green lime papaya salad.

The sweet selections capture the delicate fragrance of spring in full bloom. The cherry-blossom-shaped Peach Champagne Mousse layers the sweet-tart brightness of peach and raspberry with the refined aroma of champagne, melting gently on the palate. Cherry Cheesecake is smooth and velvety, marrying rich cheese with fresh cherry and finished with crunchy pistachio bits. The romantic Vanilla Saint-Honoré features a crisp shell encasing a luscious, creamy vanilla filling. Finally, the Pandan Cake boasts a soft, moist texture infused with the fresh green notes of pandan, harmonized with the clean sweetness of peach and guava.
