Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru Curates Tales of the Levant: A Celebration of Eastern Mediterranean Cuisine

This October, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru invites guests to embark on a culinary journey through Tales of the Levant: Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, a vibrant food festival at CUR8. From Lebanon and Syria to Jordan, Egypt, Iran, Turkey, and the Gulf, the festival brings together the region’s most cherished flavours in an authentic and immersive celebration.
At the helm is Chef Mohammad Sameer Al-Shariah, Chef de Cuisine at Four Seasons Hotel Amman, Jordan. With over a decade of experience mastering the foundations of Levantine cuisine, Chef Shariah curates a showcase that is true to its roots, blending tradition with refined artistry.
Guests can savour an expansive menu featuring live shawarma spits, falafel fryers, and freshly baked pita; indulgent mezzes like hummus, baba ghanoush, and muhammara; hearty mains such as kabsa, mansaf, kofta, and sayadiyah fish; and classic desserts including baklava, kunafa, and pistachio basbousa. Interactive grill and carving stations further elevate the dining theatre, offering delicacies such as cherry kebab, lamb chops, and sumac fish.
Beyond the table, Tales of the Levan extends into a multi-sensory celebration with cooking masterclasses led by Chef Shariah, Arabic calligraphy sessions, and a dedicated kids’ zone with engaging cultural activities. In collaboration with local Middle Eastern communities and embassies, the festival also emphasises sustainability through thoughtful practices and zero-waste cooking initiatives.
With its warm earth-toned aesthetic, lantern-lit ambiance, and panoramic flair, Tales of the Levant promises an unforgettable culinary adventure where food, culture, and storytelling come together in true Four Seasons style.
