Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy One Welcomes the Spirit of Vietnam with Culinary and Art Showcase
Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE invites guests to immerse themselves in the rich heritage of Vietnam through a week-long celebration of gastronomy and contemporary art. Titled From Hoi An, With Love: On a Plate. On Canvas, the residency will take place at the hotel’s signature Pan-Asian restaurant, Far & East, from July 10 to 19, 2026.
The landmark event brings together two distinct expressions of Vietnamese culture. Chef Tran Thanh Cong, Chef de Cuisine at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An, Vietnam will lead the culinary narrative. Renowned for his respect for ancestral techniques, Chef Cong has designed a menu that honours regional traditions while allowing the natural essence of premium ingredients to shine. Among the menu’s definitive signatures is the Cá Tuyết Đen Nướng Lá Chuối, featuring fresh seabass delicately wrapped and grilled in a banana leaf with galangal, turmeric, and traditional Mắm Tôm. Guest will also experience the robust flavours of Gà Nướng Than Hoa, a charcoal-grilled free-range chicken seasoned with wild Mắc Khén jungle pepper and served alongside fragrant ST25 turmeric steamed rice. For a true taste of Vietnam's regional heritage, the menu highlights time-honoured broths like Bún Bò Huế, an aromatic lemongrass noodle soup from the ancient imperial city featuring tender buffalo loin and pork, and Bún Riêu Cua, a delicate seasonal crab noodle soup finished with fresh coastal herbs.
Complementing the dining experience, Far & East will transform into an intimate gallery showcasing contemporary Vietnamese artworks by celebrated artists including Phan Hong Thanh, Duc Vet, Phan Van Thanh, and Minh Du. Through expressive brushwork and distinctive colour palettes, the curated collection spans vibrant portrayals of local life to contemplative pieces inspired by nature, spirituality, and cultural legacy.
