At the heart of the celebrations is Chef Soham Dhar, Chef de Cuisine at CUR8. Hailing from Kolkata and renowned for his passion for regional Indian cuisine, Chef Soham brings together authenticity, craftsmanship and contemporary flair to create festive menus that honour tradition while embracing the sophistication synonymous with Four Seasons.

The Durga Puja experience unfolds as a vibrant "Kolkata on Your Plate" journey, transporting guests to the bustling streets, community feasts and cherished family kitchens of Bengal. Beyond beloved classics such as Kosha Mangsho, Cholar Dal and Basanti Pulao, guests can discover immersive culinary stations including the Pandal Chaat Counter, Thakur Bari Rannaghor, a dedicated Kolkata Fish Fry Station, an interactive Bengali Grill Counter, and a showcase of traditional seafood delicacies including Bhapa Ilish and Chingri Malai Curry. The experience concludes on a sweet note with an elaborate Sweet Alley, celebrating Bengal's rich confectionery heritage through favourites such as Rosogolla, Mishti Doi, Mihidana, Pantua, Kheer Kadam and other traditional delicacies.

Continuing the festivities, CUR8 presents a special Mysuru Dussehra Lunch inspired by the regal traditions of the Wodeyar dynasty and the grandeur of Mysore Palace celebrations. Guests can savour authentic Karnataka specialties including Mylari Dosa, Benne Dosa, Bisi Bele Bhaat, Maddur Vada, Mangalore Buns, Bamboo Biryani, Obbattu, Chiroti and the iconic Mysore Pak, celebrating the diverse flavours and culinary heritage of the state.
