High above the city on the 21st floor of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE, Copitas brings its signature sense of elevated, generous hospitality to Negroni Week, from September 22 to 28, 2026. The week-long celebration pays tribute to one of Italy’s most timeless cocktails, reinterpreted by Bar Manager Melwyn Kuriakose through contemporary techniques and expressive flavours, creating an experience that feels as considered as it is inviting.

The program features two signature Negronis created exclusively for Copitas. Charred Heritage draws on India’s tandoor tradition, combining coconut fat-washed gin with tandoor-charred bell pepper, dry vermouth and Campari for a smoky, savoury expression of the classic. Oak & Bitter takes a more considered approach, pairing pandan-infused gin with cacao and coffee-infused sweet vermouth before being oak barrel-aged, developing layered notes of vanilla, warm spice and gentle tannins.

Melwyn Kuriakose, Bar Manager, says: “The Negroni is a cocktail with a very clear identity, so the challenge is to add something new without losing what makes it recognisable. We wanted to bring in Indian ingredients and techniques while allowing the bitterness, balance and structure of the classic to remain at the centre.”

The menu will also feature two surprise signature Negronis from Four Seasons bars across the region, inviting guests to explore different interpretations of the classic within the Four Seasons cocktail community.

“At Copitas, we look at global cocktail culture through a distinctly Indian lens. Programs such as Negroni Week enable us to take a classic that guests know and appreciate, and elevate it in a way that feels relevant to Bengaluru, through local techniques and a strong sense of place. This is the kind of considered, discovery-led experience we want to offer our guests,” says Biswajit Chakraborty, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru.

The Negroni program will be complemented by Aperitivo-style drinks and a selection of small bites, with the food offering incorporating sustainable elements designed to pair with the cocktails.
