Set at the front of the legendary Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, guests are invited to welcome the arrival of spring on THE Blvd’s expansive outdoor patio, taking in the breezy views of Rodeo Drive, or dining indoors beneath lofty ceilings and Art Deco touches reminiscent of when the hotel opened in 1928.

Honouring its commitment to sourcing fresh, seasonal California cuisine, THE Blvd is offering a special three course menu that celebrates the vibrant flavours of spring. Begin with Executive Chef Colin Bedford’s amuse bouche, followed by the choice of an appetizer from a spring citrus and burrata; a marinated asparagus with Dungeness crab; lobster salad eggs benedict; pickled beets with whipped goat cheese; pressed chicken with basil and lemon; or strawberry gazpacho and compressed watermelon. Certain to “peep” interest are the main course choices – including the warm seafood crêpe and caviar; a pan-seared halibut and white asparagus; lamb coq au vin; hokkaido scallops; duo of beef; spring garlic tartlet; and crispy Cornish hen. Then save room for dessert as there is a choice between the carrot cake, vanilla honey tart, or a peanut butter mousse. Live music will further enhance the dining experience from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm.

But that’s not all as the hotel has more surprises in store for Easter. Children staying at the hotel and those who are dining in THE Blvd for the special prix fixe menu will enjoy complimentary access to pet and play with puppies from 1:00 to 3:00 pm. Little ones are encouraged to keep their eyes open as the Easter Bunny will be making a guest appearance. And of course, no Easter celebration would be complete without an Easter egg hunt.
