Acclaimed South Pacific resort now offering guests an array of cultural experiences to enhance their stay and appreciation of local tradition

Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, named “Best Luxury Beach Hotel Worldwide” by Luxury Travel Advisor, introduces its new Hiroa Tumu Cultural Program.                                  

Meaning “cultural roots” in Tahitian, the Hiroa Tumu Cultural Program is led by Cultural Ambassador Samuel Fiu, and offers an array of cultural experiences for Resort guests. In addition to private experiences, a calendar of daily and weekly interactive classes and workshops, many complimentary, include: Monoi Oil Workshop, Pareo Painting, Shell Necklace Making, Flower Crown Making, Ukulele Introduction; Coco Show, Stargazing and Legend Telling, Cooking Class (Poisson Cru), Mixology Class (Mai Tai), the weekly O’roa Night Polynesian Dinner Show, Botanical Trail tours, and local art exhibitions. Special annual event activations coincide with Pareo Day (May), Heiva i Bora Bora festival (June/July), the special Heiva Showcase at Four Seasons (August), the Hawaiki Nui Va’a race (November), and Tiare Day (December).
