Sunday Festival at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus

Set by the shores of beautiful Bosphorus, Aqua continues to turn the brunch experience into a festival for the senses every Sunday with selected dishes of international and Turkish cuisines as well as with new additions, such as a Gentleman’s Club for those interested in cognac and cigars.

With its convenient setting in Istanbul, brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is an opportunity for families and friends to get together and savour delicious food with unprecedented Four Seasons service. A children’s play area, the Mini Seasons Kids Club with different types of entertainment, makes it attractive also for families with kids. Live music, as every year, appeals to both eye and ear, making the whole experience even more memorable.

The buffet-style brunch features delicacies ranging from antipasti to cold cuts, pasta, brick-oven pizza, a rich selection of sushi, seafood, egg cooking stations, local and international cheeses with more than 20 varieties, and freshly baked breads. Supervised by the Hotel’s Executive Chef Savaş Aydemir, the team prepares delicious choices emphasising the rich flavours of Turkey, including the renowned doner kebab, traditional cag kebab and keskek (Turkish whole wheat risotto).  Stations such as mocktail bar, barbeque zone and Istanbul’s street food specialties including pide, rice pilaf, stuffed mussels, manti and gozleme are also available for brunch guests of Aqua. As in the previous years, the dessert buffet is an eye-popping pleasure by itself.

Sunday Festival is available every week from 12:30 to 3:30 pm. The entire Aqua restaurant and a part of YALI Lounge transform to accommodate brunch guests, who may choose between indoor seating or dining al fresco on Aqua’s terrace, based on the season.
