"Ode to Bosphorus" Returns in November with an Innovative Culinary Experience at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is set to captivate food enthusiasts once again with its acclaimed Ode To Bosphorus concept, featuring a series of exclusive gastronomic events. This November, the Hotel will continue to host world-renowned chefs in a location that boasts a stunning view of the Bosphorus. Following previous appearances by Switzerland's avant-garde Chef Markus Arnold and the flavour maestro Roger Van Damme, the series will now spotlight Surinamese cuisine with South America's own Soenil Bahadoer.

The Ode to Bosphorus series will introduce a new and exciting culinary journey with Chef Soenil Bahadoer, who masterfully combines Surinamese flavours with French culinary techniques. On November 13 and 14, 2024, Chef Bahadoer will present a specially curated menu inspired by his heritage at Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus. Known for his two Michelin-starred restaurant Lindehof, Chef Bahadoer is celebrated for blending diverse worlds, cultures, aromas, and tastes. He aims to provide guests with a delightful and engaging dining experience alongside Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus Executive Chef Görkem Özkan.

Chef Soenil's menu promises a thrilling gastronomic adventure with six meticulously crafted courses. Highlights include halibut, prepared using his unique methods, featuring marinated fillets grilled to perfection. This will be followed by a luxurious dish combining marble-like wagyu beef with exquisite caviar. For a sweet finale, guests will enjoy Chef Soenil's signature rendang, paired with a refreshing ginger beer sorbet, and a special dessert crafted by Executive Chef Görkem Özkan.
