Taverna 37 is known on the Athens Riviera for its vibrant, relaxed spirit and its traditional Greek dishes. At AQUA, that spirit arrives in Istanbul through Greek meze, grilled dishes and the fresh flavours of the Aegean, brought to the table to be shared.

The Bosphorus as the setting

With its dining room and terrace overlooking the strait, AQUA offers a natural stage for a Greek evening: slow, generous and set against the changing light of the Bosphorus. Dinner is served daily from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.
