Elena at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires Welcomes Back Brunch

Elena, named one of Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants, and located inside Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, is marking the return of its Sunday Brunch.

Beginning at 1:00 pm on Sunday, March 5, 2023 until 4:00 pm, a special edition of the brunch celebrating its revival will include The Lust of the Sea, or La Lujuria Del Mar, featuring Chef Gabriel Oggero of Crizia Restaurant. Known for his meticulous sourcing of ingredients from independent Argentinian producers and inspired by the sea, the menu will be centred around seafood, particularly the oyster, which is Crizia’s most iconic and popular item.

In addition, it will feature a curated list of wines from Bodega Catena Zapata thoughtfully paired with the menu, which will be presented buffet style, allowing guests to choose their own culinary adventure. A live band will round out the experience.
