Pony Line, the Award-Winning Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, Welcomes Renowned Bartenders Inés De Los Santos and Gabriel Santana on July 9

After hosting the Argentina leg of World Class—the world’s leading cocktail competition—on June 30, Pony Line, the bar located in the lounge of the sophisticated Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, will welcome celebrated bartenders Inés De Los Santos, from the acclaimed CoChinChina in Buenos Aires (ranked #22 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024), and Gabriel Santana, from Santana Bar in São Paulo, for a special cocktail night on July 9, 2025.
The guest bartenders will join Martin Zakrzewski, the mind behind Pony Line’s signature menu—known for crafting cocktails with local ingredients and refined techniques—to present creations that reflect their unique styles and push boundaries through bold flavour and ingredient combinations.
Recently recognized as one of the 10 Best Hotel Bars in the World by the prestigious Food & Wine magazine, Pony Line Bar welcomes both guests and visitors of Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires, housed in a Belle Époque mansion in the elegant Recoleta neighbourhood. With interiors inspired by polo—one of Argentina’s traditional sports—the space blends classic sophistication with a modern, laid-back atmosphere and is renowned for its vibrant energy and impeccable service.
Ranked the 36th most influential person in the cocktail world in the Bar World 100 list published by Drinks International in 2024, Inés De Los Santos is the creative force behind CoChinChina, a Buenos Aires bar inspired by the fusion of Vietnamese and French cultures. She is also an author and TV host and recently signed the cocktail menu of the newly opened Kotchi in São Paulo.
Gabriel Santana, who holds a degree in Culinary Arts from HOTEC and studied Hospitality at the École Hôtelière de Genève in Switzerland, was the winner of World Class Competition in 2017 and 2019. In 2020, he opened Santana Bar in São Paulo with partners Fernando Moyses and César Rivitti. His work is characterized by the use of culinary techniques and unexpected ingredients to create a high-level cocktail experience that values elegance and minimalism without compromising on flavour.
In its first year, Santana Bar was named Best Bar by Veja São Paulo: Comer & Beber 2021/2022, and Gabriel Santana was named Best Bartender of the Year. In 2022, the bar was included in the 50 Best Discovery list by The World’s 50 Best Bars. In 2023, the team opened their second bar, Cordial, in downtown São Paulo. And in 2024, Santana was named Best Bartender of the Year by Guia Folha.
