Celebrations for Eid Al Adha in Zitouni, flanked by large windows and panoramic views of the River Nile and Cairo skyline, continue with a generous buffet inspired by the spirit of sharing life’s bounties with the family. Offering authentic flavours in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere, the lavish feast includes dedicated live cooking stations, an array of traditional piping hot tajines, grilled specialties and mouthwatering oriental delights.

Offering an oasis-like setting, the newest restaurant opening Byblos promises flavours, aromas, and hues of authentic Lebanese cuisine with a modern twist on classic dishes of Lebanon this Eid El Adha. Personally crafted by Chef de Cuisine Chadi Bayram, the menu represents the essence of Lebanese cuisine and includes plenty of sharing dishes such as hot and cold mezzeh, kibbeh and fatteh, grilled specialties and signature desserts.  

Byblos restaurant is located on the Hotel's fifth floor with views over the lush and idyllic pool, open daily serving lunch and dinner from 1:00 pm to 1:00 am.
