Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel enriches its wellness offer with three new outdoor Spa cabanas nestled in the Hotel’s lush Mediterranean gardens, offering the ultimate secluded haven for guests to relax and unwind. The cabanas come with floor-to-ceiling glass windows framing stunning panoramic garden and sea views, surrounded by towering pine trees, roses and jasmine. Designed for ultimate comfort, they seamlessly blur indoors and outdoors, creating the impression of open-air living while offering cool, air-conditioned interiors.

The Treatment Cabana is a tranquil sanctuary, designed for guests to disconnect and unwind through expertly delivered rituals. Created with couples in mind, it features two treatment beds, allowing for shared moments of relaxation surrounded by nature. Among the signature treatments offered is Les Jardins du Cap, an aromatic facial by renowned Swiss skincare brand Dr Burgener. Designed to detoxify and revitalise, this soothing ritual uses Mediterranean plants such as Menton lemons, rose petals and lavender, leaving the complexion plump and radiant. The soft scent of lavender drifts from the gardens, mingling with notes of citrus from nearby kumquat and lemon trees, while the distant sound of waves along the Cap-Ferrat coastline completes the serene atmosphere.

The Floating Therapy Cabana is centred around cutting-edge, avant-garde biohacking techniques. At its core is a suspended bed for dry flotation therapy, or sensory deprivation, where guests float effortlessly on an Epsom salt-infused water mattress. The experience is accompanied by guided meditation to enhance relaxation, mindfulness and recovery, balancing body and mind in harmony with the surrounding natural landscape. This deeply restorative treatment is particularly effective at reducing stress, combating jet lag, and supporting sports recovery.

The Fitness Cabana is a cardio-fitness space equipped with the latest state-of-the-art Technogym machinery, with expansive windows framing stunning views of the Mediterranean. Guests can take part in cardio training sessions guided by expert fitness coaches or work out at their own pace in an environment that energises and inspires.

To elevate the experience, the Spa team offers seasonal, vitamin-infused waters crafted with botanicals handpicked from the Hotel’s private gardens. Flavours change weekly, highlighting the freshest herbs, flowers, and fruits in bloom.

Several new cutting-edge technologies have also been introduced within the Spa, making it a covetable destination for those seeking a wellness escape. Among the latest innovations is a next-generation Reformer Pilates machine powered by artificial intelligence, which adapts in real time to each user’s needs to deliver a fully tailored workout experience. A new, full-body red light therapy panel has also been introduced to complement the Spa’s recovery and sports therapy offering. Developed using Swiss technology, the device emits low-frequency light energy that penetrates deep into the skin to support muscle regeneration, reduce inflammation and optimise physical performance.

The Spa at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel is open to both Hotel and non-resident guests for treatments. Seasonal membership is also available.
