Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca introduces a new concept at Bleu restaurant. The Pop-Up Charcoal Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind experience where the intriguing Hotel’s kitchens will be unveiled to guests attending dinner.

Developed around the restaurant's custom-built grill and influenced by global flavours, the menu celebrates fresh produce, meats and seafood sourced locally and from around the world.

From citrusy dakhla oysters to creamy risotto porcini and marbled black angus beef fillet, the menu is crafted to suit all palates and delight the taste buds.

Along the unparalleled view on the Atlantic Ocean, a lounge atmosphere with dimmed lights and jazz musicians awaits guests for a peerless dining experience at the Hotel’s coastline-inspired restaurant.

The generous dishes, designed to be served for two people, recalls the Moroccan traditional eating custom where tagines are shared communally in a convivial atmosphere.

Open to both in-house guests and locals, the Pop-Up Charcoal Kitchen is an immersive dining experience in the Hotel’s magical and bustling kitchen world.
