Adorn Bar & Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago Teams Up with Seedlip Non-Alcoholic Spirits for Chicago Restaurant Week

This January and February, Adorn will offer a three-course tasting menu with non-alcoholic beverage pairings for USD 60

Adorn Bar & Restaurant, located on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, is partnering with Seedlip, the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirits brand, to offer a special three-course tasting menu with exclusive non-alcoholic beverage pairings during Chicago Restaurant Week. For just USD 60, guests can enjoy a curated menu by Executive Chef Richie Farina, featuring seasonal ingredients and innovative drinks crafted by Lead Bartender Adam Caparelli Chase. The menu will be available from January 24 to February 9, 2025, as part of the 17-day celebration.

The meal begins with an amuse bouche of Rutabaga Tartlet, followed by a choice of two first courses: a Coconut and Squash dish with coconut curry broth, squash noodles, and chili crisp, or Hamachi with Granny Smith apple, shio kombu, and celery root, paired with a refreshing Seedlip Spritz made with Seedlip Garden 108, Verjus Blanc, club soda, and French Bloom Le Blanc.

For the entrée, guests can choose from King Salmon with sweet potato, mustard spätzle, kale, cranberry, hazelnut, and brown butter; Porcini Risotto with Acquerello rice, mushroom ragu, crispy maitake, solera vinegar, and parmesan; or Prime Beef Striploin with smoked coconut, charred allium, pine molasses, squash, and rye, paired with a Koji Highball made with Seedlip Spice 94, Shio Koji, and tonic. Guests can also add extras including Shaved Black Winter Truffle (USD 45) and Osetra Caviar (USD 35).

The meal concludes with a Peanut Butter Croissant Sundae, complemented by a Seedlip Grove 42-based Dessert Wine made with coffee-scented Verjus Rouge and Earl Grey tea.
