Hop Over to EDGE Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Denver to Celebrate Easter

This Easter Sunday, celebrate with family and friends at Four Seasons Hotel Denver with an "egg-cellent" brunch buffet at EDGE Restaurant and Bar.

The expansive buffet will include a variety of delicious offerings including traditional brunch favourites such as eggs benedict, made-to-order omelets, waffles, pancakes and a freshly pressed juice bar. A highlight of the buffet will be the raw bar, with an assortment of seafood such as jumbo shrimp, crab claws, East and West Coast oysters, and kapachi and ahi sashimi. Salad offerings include a build-your-own caesar, caprese and potato options, accompanied by a spread of meats and local Colorado cheeses.

The buffet will also feature a live action pasta station, customising the choice of fusilli pasta, whole wheat penne and fettucine alfredo with a variety of toppings. For meat lovers, a carving station will feature USDA prime rib roast, Scottish salmon, and maple sage brushed ham.

Sweet treats from Executive Pastry Chef Ryan Schmitt conclude the meal with a tempting spread of baked goods and desserts, including butter croissants, blueberry lemon muffins, strawberry lemon cheesecake, lavender shortbread, coconut macaroons and more.

For the little ones, a kid's station is available with plenty of options including chicken fingers, penne pasta, mini cheeseburgers and fruit kebabs. Kids can also look forward to Easter egg hunts at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, a balloon artist and an appearance from the Easter Bunny himself.
