Nobu Doha Celebrates 10 Years of Culinary Excellence at Four Seasons Hotel Doha in Qatar’s Vibrant Capital



April 2025 marks a month of celebration at Four Seasons Hotel Doha - not only is the iconic property commemorating its 20th anniversary, but its signature Nobu restaurant is celebrating a decade of excellence on Doha’s culinary scene.
Perched dramatically on its own private peninsula and offering breathtaking 360-degree views of the Arabian Gulf and Doha skyline, Nobu Doha at Four Seasons Hotel Doha has become a landmark in Qatar’s capital. Designed by Rockwell Group and inspired by an open oyster shell holding a precious pearl, the architectural masterpiece pays homage to the region’s rich tradition of pearl diving. Since opening, Nobu Doha has earned its place as a see-and-be-seen destination beloved by both global travellers and local patrons for its consistently exceptional dining experience. Here, Chef Nobu’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine is matched only by the stunning setting and warm hospitality.
In December 2024, Nobu Doha was awarded a Selection in the inaugural Michelin Guide Doha 2025, solidifying its status as a premier culinary destination.
To honour its 10th anniversary, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa returns to Doha this April to celebrate a decade of redefining the city’s culinary landscape through his distinctive blend of Japanese tradition and Peruvian influences. This milestone commemorates not only the restaurant’s achievements but also the enduring passion and dedication that continue to inspire Nobu and its loyal guests around the world.

To mark the occasion, Chef Nobu invites guests to a month-long series of Anniversary Omakase Dinners from April 24 to May 24, 2025. On April 27 and 28, he will join Executive Chef Mauro Baldari and his team in the kitchen and later celebrate with restaurant guests.

On April 26, culinary enthusiasts will also have a rare opportunity to attend an exclusive masterclass led by Chef Nobu and celebrated guest Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The masterclass is held in honour of the 20th anniversary of Four Seasons Hotel Doha, where Curiosa by Jean-Georges is another signature dining outlet. Space is extremely limited and expected to sell out quickly.
