Mercury Lounge  

• Thursday Evening Brunch returns on November 1, 2018 from 8:00 to 11:00 pm
• A special menu of modern Mediterranean dishes for AED 350 per person (excluding alcohol) or AED 495 per person (inclusive of wine and beers)

Mercury Lounge, Dubai’s most idyllic and glamorous rooftop atop Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, presents the Thursday Evening Brunch. Returning with a new theme, Mercury Lounge offers 360 degree views over downtown Dubai twinkling on the eastern horizon and the waves of the Arabian Gulf lapping on the shores to the west. Fusing cool Italian tailoring and apertivos, Mercury’s "La Dolce Vita" brings guests the old school glamour of Rome, once known as the Eternal City. Mercury’s evening brunch serves a selection of chefs specially prepared dishes, seamlessly blending influences from across the Mediterranean Sea. The brunch offers spectacular selection of antipasti, sharing plates and light entrées to guide guests through the evening with style, yet without formality. Suq Restaurant

Named after the traditional Arabian marketplace, Suq invites guests to enjoy a scrumptious brunch in a warm and inviting atmosphere complete with live entertainment and a tantalising buffet of dishes from around the world. Interactive live cooking stations, an array of seafood, Arabian specialties and international favourites, along with freshly prepared treats, provide something for the whole family to enjoy.

Sea Fu

• Saturday Seafront Party Brunch returns on October 6, 2018 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm
• Non-Alcoholic Brunch AED 320 per person, Bottomless Brunch is AED 470 per person (signature cocktails, prosecco, wine, beer); Champagne Brunch is AED 620 (Champagne, sake cocktails, wine and beer)

The Party Brunch consists of an omakase concept, the Japanese tradition of letting the chef choose one's order. The word, meaning "I will leave it up to you," gives the chef complete creative freedom to serve what they like, using seasonal ingredients.
