Hendricks Bar at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach to Launch New Cocktail Mixology Classes

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach has introduced new interactive cocktail mixology classes at Hendricks Bar, for guests to learn the special art from skillful mixologist Paolo Silvestri. Guests of the Hotel and local visitors will now be able to delve into how to mix, muddle and shake like a pro at the much-loved cocktail hotspot.

Paolo will guide guests through the motions step-by-step, in very small classes so everyone can have a lot of individual attention and get the most out of the class. Paolo has a wealth of industry experience, having lived in Europe and Asia, and now in Dubai. He has learned imaginative techniques every step of the way during his travels and is now excited to share his knowledge through classes.

After creating delicious concoctions, guests will come up with a name for their drink and even take away Polaroid snaps, which a hostess will take throughout their experience to savour the memores, and show off to friends afterwards on Instagram.

• Available daily from 3:30 to 5:00 pm
