Available daily, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, Sea Fu invites guests to ease into the day with an array of menu options, each one nourishing, bright, and balanced for a graceful yet invigorating start to the morning. Guests can choose between three signature breakfast journeys: The Continental, with its warm pastries, fresh fruits, and eggs prepared to each guest’s preference; The American, offering familiar morning comforts of muffins, bagels, veal bacon, chicken sausage, and fluffy pancakes; or a lighter wholesome Healthy Breakfast, featuring Japanese sencha tea, detox juice, exotic chia pudding, avocado toast, and airy egg white omelettes. For those who wish to tailor their morning further, à la carte dishes are available and elevate the experience.
