Shai Salon continues the festivities with a cherished French tradition, presenting its Galette des Rois. The Galette des Rois features caramelized inverted puff pastry, showcasing perfectly laminated layers. Chef Nicolas Lambert and Head Baker Chef Suresh showcase their expertise through perfectly laminated inverted puff pastry, combining traditional French techniques with a refined contemporary presentation. Premium French butter brings exceptional richness and flavour to both the delicate pastry and the aromatic madeleine-flavoured frangipane. Hidden within each galette is a traditional fève, with the lucky finder crowned king or queen for the day and presented with a paper crown to mark the occasion.

From December 21 to January 1, 2027, every 60- or 90-minute treatment, unwraps a complimentary enhancement ritual, with a different reveal offered each day. The daily surprises include body brushing, recovery balm application, silicone body cupping, face, hand, foot, eye and lip treatments, a scalp massage and hot stone spot treatment.
