La Mesa Mediterranea: The Second Edition of The Jou Jou Supper Club at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach

Jou Jou Brasserie’s newly appointed Chef de Cuisine Daniel Gallo and Chef Teresa Ibanez from The Gastronomista come together for a one-night-only Spanish Mediterranean inspired supper, where beautifully crafted dishes meet the warmth and generosity of the shared table

Following the success of its first Supper Club in July, Jou Jou Brasserie at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach proudly presents the next edition with La Mesa Mediterranea, a one-night-only culinary experience celebrating the warmth, generosity and vibrant spirit of Spain and its rich Mediterranean traditions

On Thursday, October 15, 2026, the evening will bring together Jou Jou’s Chef de Cuisine, Daniel Gallo, alongside Chef Teresa Ibanez of The Gastronomista for an intimate evening of Spanish flavours and the joy of dining together. Across an evening of beautifully crafted dishes, the chefs will bring their own perspectives to the table, curating a menu that reflects the sun-drenched flavours, generous and fresh produce and enduring traditions of Spain to create an evening that effortlessly compliments Jou Jou’s character.

From 7:30pm, diners can enjoy a menu that encapsulates fresh and delicate seafood, beautifully prepared meats and richly flavoured rice dishes, all designed to be enjoyed together. Highlights from the tapas selection include Bluefin Tuna Escabeche, Wagyu Beef Tartare, as well as Croquetas de Cecina, and ⁠Gambas al Ajillo.

Generous main courses follow, with the Paella offering a striking showpiece for the shared table, embodying Spain’s most beloved traditions.

The evening concludes on a sweet note with two indulgent desserts, Torrija with olive oil ice cream & Maldon and Basque Cheesecake. Rich, comforting and beautifully simple, the desserts offer a satisfying finale to the supper.

Set against the open-air backdrop of Jou Jou’s outdoor terrace, surrounded by lush greenery and the brasserie’s beautiful ambiance, La Mesa Mediterranea brings the spirit of the Spanish Mediterranean table to one of Dubai’s most inviting dining settings.

Together, Chef Daniel and Chef Teresa have created a shared dinner that showcases not only the richness of the cuisine, but everything that surrounds it, from the anticipation of a shared meal, the abundance of the table, and the pleasure of discovering something new together.
