Aperitivo O’clock at MINA Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre

MINA Brasserie introduces Aperitivo O’clock, a lively after-hours ritual designed to bring energy and social gatherings to early evenings in DIFC. Available from September 9, 2026, every Wednesday to Friday and with a DJ setting the tone from 5pm to 9pm, creating an upbeat atmosphere as the restaurant transitions seamlessly into the evening.

A simple and compelling proposition, when guests order any drink from the beverage menu, they can enjoy a selection of complimentary canapés served buffet-style and as pass-around throughout the evening. The offering includes marinated olives, antipasti classics and small rustic sandwiches, alongside rotating pass-around canapés that change weekly. Designed to complement the drinks menu, the selection encourages guests to gather, graze and socialise.

The cocktail menu features a Mediterranean-inspired list, including Basiloni, Proventini, Mediterranean Paloma, Chios and Mina’s Sangria, alongside classic serves such as Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Espresso Martini, Passion Fruit Martini and Old Fashioned. A curated wine list, premium spirits and non-alcoholic options are also available.

For those wishing to extend the experience, MINA Brasserie also offers its Bar Bites menu, available daily from 3pm onwards as part of the regular beverage offering. Served à la carte, the selection features indulgent small plates designed to accompany drinks, from Burrata Crostini with tomato relish and olive tapenade to Shrimp Lobster Empanadas with smoked paprika aioli, Truffle Chicken Sliders with house pickles, and Arancini finished with truffle cream and parmesan. Perfect for sharing, the menu offers a flavourful complement to the lively aperitivo atmosphere. Aperitivo O’clock sets the tone for a social, music-led night in DIFC, offering a fresh approach to midweek evenings.
