From Friday, October 30 to Wednesday, November 4, Chef Mina will personally curate a series of off-menu creations at his DIFC restaurant, offering guests an intimate and rare opportunity to experience his signature cuisine first-hand and discover a selection of dishes created especially for his visit. Born in Cairo and raised in Washington, he has built an award-winning portfolio recognised with prestigious Michelin stars and accolades from the James Beard Foundation. Revered for his talent of fusing cultural influences and ability to continually shape the dining landscape, Michael Mina has positioned him as a defining name in the world of contemporary cuisine.
